REFUNDS/CANELLATIONS

  • Refunds and Exchanges  will be offered for any items where the Returns are initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Any Returns initiated outside the 15 day period are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
  • Items bought with an offer applied will be refunded after adjusting the offer discount
  • Orders with free shipping will have a flat rate of Rs.200/- shipping fees deducted if order no longer satisfies free shipping spend requirement
  • Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 1 hour of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship 
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by the method mentioned below.
  • Pokaba can only accept returns of products bought directly from our online store.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at any other online location for any reason.
  • For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are tried on over your own underwear
  • Please ensure garments are free from any marks or stains such as makeup stains, sweat stains, water stains or food stains while trying
  • Customer will have to bear the cost of return shipping

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS

Returns for Orders that have been paid through Credit / Debit cards can be processed in the following ways:

1. Refund to the Credit / Debit card through which the order was placed

2. Store Credit for Order amount

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

    • We accept returns / exchanged within Fifteen (15) days of purchase on regular priced items
    • Merchandise must NOT have been , WORN, WASHED, DAMAGED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED
    • Garments with any marks or stains will not be accepted for returns
    • Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.

    Email operations@pokaba.com, quoting your order #, within fifteen (7) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return Authorization # and Initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the same. The Pick up will be done within 3-4 days of the Return Request. We will process your exchange within 2 - 4 days of the pick up. Refunds can take up to 7 - 10 business days to be processed.
