1. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Refunds and Exchanges will be offered for any items where the Returns are initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Any Returns initiated outside the 7-day period are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
- Items bought with an offer applied will be refunded after adjusting the offer discount
- Orders with free shipping will have a flat rate of Rs.100/- shipping fees deducted if order no longer satisfies free shipping spend requirement
- Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 1 hour of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will initiate the refund
- Pokaba can only accept returns of products bought directly from our online store.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at any other online location for any reason.
- For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are tried on over your own underwear
- Please ensure garments are free from any marks or stains such as makeup stains, sweat stains, water stains or food stains while trying
- Customer will have to bear the cost of return shipping.
- Return or exchange shipping
- We can book a pickup for returns or exchanges. Return or exchange shipping charges is Rs.250/-
- Alternatively, customer can courier the package to our office directly. Customer to ensure product reaches our office with proof of delivery(signature).
2. WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
- We accept returns / exchanges within Seven (7) days of purchase on regular priced items
- Merchandise must NOT have been , WORN, WASHED, DAMAGED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED AND BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- Garments with any marks or stains will not be accepted for returns
- Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com by quoting your order number, within seven(7) days from the date of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Authorization # and Initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the same. The Pick up will be done within 3-4 days of the Return Request. Refunds can take up to 7 - 10 business days to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
